Shipping for online orders
We ship worldwide with UPS and DHL.
Applicable customs fees are not included in the shipping costs.
For deliveries to non-EU countries arise additional duties, taxes and fees.

Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Prepayment
- Invoice - from the 2nd order for customers with their own customer number
- PayPal (incl. CreditCards)
Returns
According to German withdrawal law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the shipping date without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
Returns:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Any return shipment will not be covered or reimbursed by ROX Hamann GmbH.
- Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging and in original condition.
- Ensure that the return shipment is sufficiently prepaid to avoid unnecessary costs.
Refunds:
- After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund you the purchase price within 14 days to the original payment method, provided the goods are in perfect condition.
- We reserve the right to make deductions from the refund if the goods show signs of use or are damaged.
